一、概要: 本儀表為智能調(diào)節(jié)記錄儀,具有信號(hào)采集、數(shù)字顯示、模擬記錄、報(bào)警、調(diào)節(jié)等功能。采用專利技術(shù)的記錄機(jī)構(gòu),高力矩、無(wú)噪聲、快速響應(yīng)?蓮V泛應(yīng)用于冶金、石化、熱處理等行業(yè)的溫度、流量、壓力、液位等的自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)中。它具有以下特色: 1、顯示精度:±0.5%FS;記錄精度±1%FS。 2、報(bào)警控制:繼電器位式控制(220VAC/2A 24VDC/3A);報(bào)警方式及回差可任意設(shè)定。 3、變送輸出:4-20mA/0.5級(jí);DC24V/30mA外供電源,方便配接二線制傳感器。 4、外形尺寸:高×寬×深=144×144×256mm,開(kāi)孔138×138mm 5、電源:220V·50Hz 6、其它功能滿足國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T13639-92和GB9249-88的要求。 |
1. Overview: This instrument is the intelligent recording regulator, with the functions of signal acquisition, digital display, analog recording, alarming, regulating, etc. It adopts patent recording mechanism with high torque, no noise and rapid response, and can be wide applied in the automatic control system for temperature, flow rate, pressure, liquid level, etc in the industries of metallurgy, petrochemical, heat treatment, etc. It has the following characteristics: (1) Display accuracy: ±0.5%FS; recording accuracy: ±1%FS. (2) Alarm control: relay step-type control (220VAC/2A, 24VDC/3A); alarm mode and return difference can be set at will. (3) Analog output: 4-20mA/0.5 level; DC24V/30mA power supply, easy to connect with two-wire sensor. 本儀表是帶微處理機(jī)的智能儀表,允許用戶對(duì)儀表功能進(jìn)行二次設(shè)置。如,根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)狀況重新調(diào)整儀表抗干擾能力;根據(jù)需要擴(kuò)展或壓縮測(cè)量范圍;重置回差和報(bào)警方式等。這些功能設(shè)置由自動(dòng)化儀表技術(shù)人員負(fù)責(zé),通過(guò)密碼進(jìn)入相應(yīng)B菜單進(jìn)行。 一、B菜單(儀表功能菜單)設(shè)置 按“SET”鍵,顯示提示符“SEL”→ 改數(shù)據(jù)000為123 →按“SET”鍵,進(jìn)入儀表功能設(shè)置過(guò)程(B菜單)。 |

二、E菜單設(shè)置及精度校準(zhǔn)(由計(jì)量人員進(jìn)行) 儀表精度一般一年校驗(yàn)一次,根據(jù)儀表輸入信號(hào)類型選擇相應(yīng)校驗(yàn)項(xiàng)。步驟如下: a) 輸入信號(hào)校準(zhǔn) 按“SET”鍵,顯示提示符“SEL”→ 改數(shù)據(jù)000為159 →按“SET”鍵,進(jìn)入校準(zhǔn)過(guò)程(E菜單)。 |
